Day 01: Arrival in Gangtok
Upon your arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, our representative will meet and greet you. You will then be transferred to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, located at an altitude of 5,410 ft. Check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 02: Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to Changu Lake (12,312 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.). These scenic destinations are located 55 km from Gangtok and offer mesmerizing views. The excursion starts at 7:30 AM and concludes at 3:30 PM. You also have the option to arrange a visit to Nathula Pass (Alt 14,000 ft.) on the China-India border at an additional cost. Please note that Nathula Pass permits are subject to availability and once issued, they are non-refundable. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 03: Gangtok – Pelling via Namchi
After breakfast at 8:30 AM, drive to Pelling (7,000 ft.) which is approximately 117 km away and takes about 5 hours. En route, visit Namchi in South Sikkim, where you can explore the beautiful replica of the Char Dham of India. Reach Pelling in the evening and check in to your hotel. Rest and relax. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 04: Pelling Sightseeing – Transfer to Darjeeling
After breakfast, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour of Pelling. Visit the Sky Walk, Rabdentse Palace Ruins, and Pemayangtse Monastery. In the afternoon, drive to Darjeeling, known as the Queen of the Hills. The journey takes approximately 80 km and 4 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 05: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Wake up early at 4:00 am and head to Tiger Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga, the world’s third-highest peak. On your way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, proceed to explore the famous attractions of Darjeeling, including the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Tea Gardens (outer view), the Japanese Temple, and the Peace Pagoda.
The sightseeing tour will last approximately 4 hours, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Enjoy the evening at your leisure. You also have the option to take an additional Toy Train Joy Ride at your own expense. (Tickets can be booked online through IRCTC {From – DJ To – DJRZ}, and cab waiting charges would be applicable if required). Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 06: Departure from Darjeeling
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. Your memorable Kalimpong, Gangtok, Pelling & Darjeeling tour concludes here.
