Day 01: Arrival in Gangtok
Upon your arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be warmly greeted and assisted with your transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 120 km, lasting 4-5 hours, and check in at your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax and explore the charming town of Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 02: Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir
After a delicious breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to Changu Lake (12,312 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.). These beautiful destinations are located 55 km from Gangtok and offer breathtaking natural beauty. The excursion will take place between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. In the evening, return to Gangtok and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.
Optional: For Indian nationals, an additional tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14,000 ft.) on the China border can be arranged (except on Mondays and Tuesdays) at an extra cost. Please note that permits for Nathula Pass are issued on the day of travel based on availability, and once issued, they are non-refundable. The required documents for the permit need to be submitted 7 days prior to the departure for Nathula Pass.
Day 03: Gangtok Local Sightseeing and Transfer to Darjeeling
Begin your day with a half-day tour of Gangtok city, starting at 8:30 AM and concluding at 12:30 PM. Visit popular attractions such as Bhakthang Falls, Gonjang Monastery, Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, and the Flower Show. After the sightseeing tour, drive to Darjeeling, known as the “Queen of the Hills.” The journey covers approximately 115 km and takes around 4 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy a free evening. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 04: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Wake up early in the morning at 4:00 AM and proceed for a mesmerizing sunrise experience at Tiger Hill, where you can witness the magnificent Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft.), the world’s third-highest peak. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, continue your sightseeing tour of Darjeeling.
Explore attractions like the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Tea Gardens (outer view), Japanese Temple, and Peace Pagoda. The sightseeing tour lasts approximately 4 hours, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Optional: You can also enjoy a Toy Train Joy Ride on this day at an additional cost. Tickets can be booked online through IRCTC (From DJ to DJRZ), and additional charges for cab waiting may apply.
Day 05: Departure from Darjeeling
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. Your memorable Gangtok and Darjeeling tour concludes here.

Please note that Aadhaar and PAN cards are currently not accepted as valid ID proofs by the Sikkim Government until further notice. The following documents are required for each person:
- 4 photocopies of a valid Voter ID/Driving License/Passport.
- For individuals below 18 years of age, a birth certificate/passport/school or college ID card is required.
- 4 copies of passport-sized photos for each person.
Important Note: Failure to carry the documents mentioned above will result in the cancellation of the Lachung, Changu Lake, and Baba Mandir trips.
